| 1/4 | c | Milk |
| 1 1/4 | c | Bread flour |
| 1 1/4 | c | Wheat flour |
| 1/4 | c | Gluten flour |
| 1/4 | c | Graham flour |
| 1/3 | c | Dry milk |
| 3 | tb | Sugar |
| 2 | ts | Grated orange zest |
| 1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
| 1 | ts | Nutmeg |
| 2/3 | c | Lowfat cottage cheese |
| 3 | lg | Eggs, beaten |
| 3 | tb | Maple sryup |
| 3/4 | ts | Vanilla extract |
| 4 | ts | Yeast |
Add water frist and then add all the dry ingredients. Set machine on wheat mode.
